The Video Deal
The video is $60 because it does not just live on your feed. Every video I shoot goes up as an Instagram collaboration post with your account. It sits on your profile with your name on it, and it reaches my followers at the same time. Same video, two audiences, one price.
I am a licensed agent in this market, so the people watching are Metro Detroit buyers, not a random audience. If one of them wants the house, that is a showing on your listing.
The video is posted to my Instagram as a collaboration post with you. It appears on both profiles and both feeds. This is the condition of the $60 rate, and it is also the reason it is worth taking.
TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, your website, the MLS, paid ads. Post it wherever you want, as many times as you want. No restrictions and no watermark.
I choose audio based on what the algorithm is actually pushing that week, because reach is the whole point. If the music matters to you, send me the track and I will use it. Otherwise I pick what will travel furthest.

How It Works
Send me the address, the finished square footage, and what services you need. I will confirm the rate, then we figure out a date around when the home is available.
I am a licensed Michigan agent, so as long as there is a lockbox I can access the property myself. Photos, video and floor plan all in a single visit.
Photos come back edited and ready to drop straight into the MLS. Floor plans in 2D and 3D. Video cut vertical and sent to you.
The video goes live as an Instagram collab, on your profile and mine. From there you and I both post it on our own platforms, which adds even more coverage for the listing.
Why Hire an Agent to Shoot It
I am Jay Shah, a licensed agent with New Era Real Estate in Troy. Born and raised in Metro Detroit, Wayne State finance grad, in real estate since 2023.
The reason to hire me is that I am also a real estate agent. I have a real idea of what sells a house, because selling houses is my other job. I know which rooms a buyer actually cares about, which angle makes a small condo read open, and what a listing needs to look like before it goes live.

Drone photos and footage are included in the rate, not billed separately. Some addresses sit inside controlled or restricted airspace near an airport, helipad or other FAA-restricted zone, and legally cannot be flown. Send me the address up front and I will check it before we book so there are no surprises on shoot day.
Photo pricing is based on finished square footage. Under 2,500 finished sq ft is $100, and 2,500 and up is $150. Video stays $60 and floor plans stay $40 at any size, which puts the full package at $200 or $250. Unfinished basements do not count toward the threshold.
